Wabco will supply the brake system for Mercedes -Benz trucks in Brazil

Parts supplier Wabco has recently announced that it has expanded the cooperation business in Tong Mercedes-Benz in Tong Mercedes-Benz in Brazil and supply a braking system for the latter.
Wabco has recently signed a new long-term contract with Mercedes-Benz Brazil, which will provide a braking system for the medium and heavy truck platforms produced by the latter. Wabco will perform the order through its factory in Brazil's Sumare. Mass production is expected to start in the fourth quarter of next year.

Mercedes-Benz's factory in Brazil's Sao Bernardo Do Campo is the company's largest commercial vehicle production plant outside Germany. Wabco currently provides Mercedes-Benz in Brazil with air compression, braking, suspension and transmission automation technology for supporting trucks and passenger cars.

Mercedes-Benz Brazil is a subsidiary of Daimler Group, and is also the largest commercial vehicle manufacturer in Latin America
