Electronic Controlled Brake System

1. Brake signal sensorThe brake signal sensor generates brake signals in the form of electrical and air pressure signals to control the increase and decrease of brake pressure in the electronic control brake system. It has dual circuit pneumatic control and dual circuit electronic control, and the travel signal of the actuating pedal is recorded by both systems. When the electronic control fails, the dual circuit pneumatic control system can ensure the required braking of the vehicle. In addition, when one circuit in the dual circuit fails, the other circuit still functions to ensure high safety of the braking system.
2. Single channel control module
① Control the brake pressure of the front axle
② Generate front axle backup pressure
③ Built in a proportional solenoid valve and a pressure sensor
3. Dual Channel Control Module
① Control the rear axle brake pressure
② Independent ECU control:
Pressure regulation control
Sensor monitoring (speed/pressure/wear sensors)
ABS control function
③ Reduce the wiring harness connection between the rear axle and the cab
④ Generate rear axle backup pressure
4. Electronic trailer control valve
① The trailer control valve is equipped with a proportional solenoid valve, relay valve, and pressure sensor to control and regulate the pressure at the trailer joint.
② Reserve backup pressure control
