Hard Fault
Can’t shift into gear;

Soft Fault

No automatic mode;
Performance issues: such as slow shifting, etc.
While driving, there is impact when shifting gears (TB, vehicle speed sensor), and there is a clicking sound;
 
AMT System Fault Repair Methods
 
After the AMT system fails, the following steps should be followed for inspection and maintenance: Check whether there are any abnormalities in the wire connectors, wiring harnesses, and fuses of each component, whether they are plugged into place, and there should be no virtual connections, short circuits, or open circuits; check the positive and negative wiring of the battery Whether it is tight, check whether the AMT ground wire is reliably grounded; check whether the tightness adjustment of the throttle cable is appropriate, whether the throttle controller and throttle can rotate freely, and whether there is any sticking phenomenon; check whether the clutch controller pull rod is adjusted in place. , whether the tie rod is elastic; check whether all parts are installed in place, whether there is wear, interference, loose screws, etc.; self-learning must be performed after the inspection or adjustment is completed; if the self-learning fails or a malfunction occurs after the test run, retest Or replace related parts.
