4. Test the key points of the foot brake valve
 
• tightness
1. Non-working state: the main valve 11 and 12 respectively inlet, brush the valve body, each connection part and exhaust port, and observe the pressure drop of the meter;
2. Working state: the main valve 11 and 12 respectively inlet and inlet at the same time, drive the top rod to the full output, brush the valve body, connecting parts and exhaust ports, and observe the pressure drop at the same time.
• static characteristic
1. Empty stroke: drive the top rod, observe the travel length of the top rod from the contact product to the output port;
2. Minimum balance pressure: slowly drive the top bar to observe the minimum pressure value when the output port can reach the balance; 3. Random balance: within the travel range of the lowest balance pressure to the full output, when the top bar stays in any position, the output pressure can also keep synchronized and stable at the corresponding pressure value.
